In an electric blender or a shaker, combine 250ml of water, 2-3 ice cubes and 1 Tbsp pure cream (if desired). Add 20 grams (approx. 1 & ½ level scoops) of protein powder, blend thoroughly. Males can use 2 level scoops. Can be served hot by heating shaken formula in a microwave on high for approx. 40 seconds.
